I will try to get on that soon! Thanks for the reminder!
Unfortunately, I don’t have a webcam to use right now.
I’ll try to get one, or I should be getting a macbook in the near future so then y’all will get to see my face a lot more often :)

Spring Break is around the corner!!! Exciting right?! Personally, I cannot wait to escape from everything going on in my life. I’m going to Costa Rica, will have no access to my phone or internet, and plan to spend my entire week tanning and learning to surf.
This much needed holiday should be a positive experience for everyone. So, why does the period leading up to it bring so much negativity? All I have heard since JANUARY is girls complaining about their “spring break diet”.
Spring break shouldn’t be such a source of self-consciousness. It should be about relaxing and having fun! Even if you are going somewhere with a big group of people.
Enjoy your time off! Give YOURSELF and your body a break!
I know for some of you, the idea of putting on a swimsuit is terrifying (trust me, I know). I was once to the point of tears around this time a couple years ago just thinking about it. As I was packing for my trip, I looked in the mirror and could only see faults. I felt like it was my fault: like I hadn’t done enough, like I hadn’t starved enough. This mindset is absolutely horrible for you. You need to be able to look in the mirror and realize that you have done it just right: you have kept your body healthy. And be proud of it!
Go celebrate your life and happiness! You’re on vacation!
Stay strong. Stay healthy. Stay beautiful.

Anonymous asked: Not really a question, but i just wanted to say thanks for doing what you're doing. The world needs strong Christians to fight for what's right, and you are doing a wonderful job of it. Keep it up and God bless you. I don't have an account here or anything, i just stumbled upon this site while trying to find more ammo to fight anorexia at my school, and i found your site. Blessings.
Thank you so much! I honestly believe it is an important part of being Christian to take our sufferings and use them for good.
I am so so happy to hear you are trying to help at your school, not many people are brave enough to put forth that work so thank you.
XOXO,
Caroline
